These terms govern use of the Nottingham Plumbing 24/7 website and enquiries made by telephone or WhatsApp. Job-specific details, pricing and any additional terms will be confirmed before chargeable work begins.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability or operation.

Website content is general information and does not replace an inspection, diagnosis or professional assessment at the property. Safety guidance should be followed only where it is safe to do so.

Availability, coverage, response times and arrival estimates can change because of workload, traffic, access, weather, safety, parts and the nature of the fault. Nothing on the website guarantees an attendance time.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Where the law provides a cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly request that urgent work begins during that period and to acknowledge that payment may be due for work supplied before cancellation.

Emergency or make-safe work may be limited to controlling the immediate risk. Further investigation or permanent repair may require a separate visit, quotation or specialist contractor.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access and disclosing relevant risks. Work may be delayed, limited or stopped if conditions are unsafe or the necessary authority is not available.

Gas work must be completed only by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. The website does not represent that every person responding to a plumbing enquiry is authorised to undertake gas work.

The website may use or link to Google, Cloudflare, WhatsApp and other third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Cloudflare Analytics and Google Search Console are used only for website operation, security and performance as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
